Before 2006, not too many people had heard of Kim Kardashian, but plenty of people had heard of Ray J. Four years later, Kardashian is the biggest reality show star around and Ray J is an afterthought. When Ray J is interviewed, he is frequently asked about the Kardashian sextape.
In a recent interview, Ray J was asked if he feels responsible for the success of Kim Kardashian. He did not directly say the sextape helped make her famous, but he did hint towards this. If it had not been for her flashing her voluptious body during the tape, most men would not have any interest in her.
Recently, Kim Kardashian interviewed with Matt Lauer for NBC's "The Today Show." During the interview, amongst other things, Kardashian talked about the sextape with Ray J.

Game disses Marques Houston

Compton rapper, Game, is not a stranger to beef, as he entered the game sending disses to Murder Inc. But, as his career went on, Game became known for his issues with his former crew, G-Unit. For five years, Game has been going back and forth with 50 Cent, so he decided to end the beef.
At the time, Game had just returned to Aftermath Entertainment, so he had decided to end all of his feuds. But, with his album now pushed back to next year, Game feels as if he has nothing to lose. Recently, via Twitter Game decided to unleash his fury on Marques Houston.
Despite his ties to crime, Game does have limits and he draws the line at child molestation. In 2003, Chris Stokes, along with Houston were accused of having inappropriate contact with former B2K members, Raz B. Game went on to tweet that Houston should stay away from daycares and elementary schools. The rapper called the duo butt pirates and said his mother would say the same thing.
After reading the tweets, Marques Houston seemingly took offense and replied. He said their problems are being handled by the law enforcement. Sensing Houston getting upset, Game made it clear he was only joking around with him. Tiger Woods wants to regain His Children's Trust

Last year around this time, Tiger Woods became the media scapegoat. The multimillionaire golfer was caught with his pants down, literally. Woods had been cheating on his wife, Elin, and she had just found out. Upset, she was doing all she could to beat her husband.
Woods was chased into his car by Elin and soon ended up in a car accident. The wreck made national news and the media was eager to discover what caused the accident. It quickly became clear that drunk driving would not stick, so the media was happy when it was clear he was a cheater.
The past year has been horrible for Tiger Woods as he has lost everything. Immediately, he lost his endorsements and later he lost his wife and children. But, during his time off, more endorsements have come and Tiger Woods is starting to put things back together. While he understands he will never have his wife back, Woods does want his family back.
Despite his children being too young to understand what has happened, Tiger Woods knows he has still betrayed their trust. He has been working as hard as he can to make himself into a better role model for the sake of his children. Wesley Snipes asks for Bail Extension

Recently, actor Wesley Snipes was sent to prison because of his tax troubles. In 2008, the actor was convicted of tax evasion and recently he was sentenced to three years in federal prison. Members of his camp have spoken out about how unfairly the actor has been treated.
Before being shipped off to prison, the Blade star was working on a new film. Production on this new film, which has been titled, Master Daddy, has yet to wrap. Because of this and for other reasons, Snipes' legal team has asked for him to be released on bail.
The actor has been in prison for a few days, but his legal team would rather him be free. Despite being behind bars, the actor's trial has yet to actually start. Read more...
Ciara still mourning Michael Jackson's death

Last year, Michael Jackson shocked the world when he died in the early stages of summer. His death impacted the entire world as people mourned from all around. Even celebrities publicly mourned the King of Pop. In the time since, the media has been eager to dub the next male R&B artist the next Jackson.
Early in her career, Ciara received numerous comparisons to the younger Jackson, Janet. Her dance moves are comparable to those of Janet Jackson and they sing at the same tempo. While she was flattered by the comparisons to Janet Jackson, Ciara said she has to accomplish a lot more before she can think that high.
While she is not on the level of either Jackson, Ciara modeled a lot of her style after Michael. Due to her talent, Michael Jackson reached out to Ciara several times. Both had hoped to collaborate, but the untimely death of Michael Jackson stopped this from happening. Before his death, Ciara had the chance to get to know Michael Jackson and was very fond of him.
When she learned of his June 2009 death, Ciara was devastated like the rest of the world. But, as time has moved on, people have moved on to different topics. Despite the world moving on and working on her new music, Ciara still breaks down in tears. Chris Brown back on Mixtape Grind

Earlier this year, it appeared as if Chris Brown's career was over because of his altercation. Last year, his album sales were lower than he was used to and fans had turned against him. Not letting that get in his way, Brown returned to the studio and put together his Fan of a Fan mixtape.
Taking a page out of Drake's notebook, Chris Brown went back to the streets and landed an unexpected hit with "Deuces." As the summer ended, the song gained radio play. Now, with the year coming to an end, the song is now one of the most-played on the radio.
With his album, F.A.M.E., not set to be released until sometime next year, Chris Brown is put together another mixtape. He teamed up with DJ Drama once again for the sequel to his early 2010 mixtape, In My Zone. The new mixtape, In My Zone 2, has been released today and is available free via digital download. Ever since Sean Combs began changing his stage name, many other musicians have also tried this. Trey Songz can be added to this list, as he has a R&B personality and a rap personality. Singer-turned-actor, Tyrese has also veered away from R&B and raps under the psuedonym, Black Ty.
In an effort to put music out from Trigga, Trey Songz put together a rap mixtape, #lemmeholddatbeat. Obviously, the mixtape is title is themed after Twitter. After doing well with record sales for the past two years, Trey Songz has decided to release this mixtape for free. The-Dream and Christina Milian agree to Divorce Settlement

Last year, as he was preparing the release of his second album, The-Dream began dating Christina Milian. The couple appeared to be a match made in heaven. Soon after they began dating, Milian ended up pregnant with The-Dream's child.
For the child, the R&B couple decided to wed. Early on, they appeared to be very happy. The-Dream and Christina Milian even covered a few magazines. Unlike other celebrity couples, they vowed to stay together. But, they fell into the same trap most celebrities fall into.
Earlier this year, Christina Milian accused The-Dream of cheating on her. Not long after the accusations, the couple separated. Barely six months after their settlement, they officially filed for divorce. When their relationship woes went public, The-Dream wrote an open letter and took full responsibility for misleading the people to believe their relationship was fine when it was not.
After all of the back and forths and disagreement over terms, the couple has agreed to a $4 million settlement and The-Dream will also have to pay an additional $5,000 a month to Milian and his child. Read more...

Right now, the name Jeff Riberdy does not ring a bell. The site is named JR, The Black Entertainment Guide and Riberdy is not black, but he is talented. JR was originally launched as an outlet for people who were trying to break into show business. JR Magazine was that voice, regardless of color.
But, over the years, JR's focus has changed to the black entertainment market. The purpose of this article is not to go back on the promise to deliver black entertainment, but to also focus on those who are trying to break into the game. No, Jeff Riberdy is not black, but he is a man who will become a star.
When we landed the interview with Jeff Riberdy we could not turn it down. Not only does his initials match the site's name, but he is a rising force in the industry. Riberdy has been rising for some time, as he has always been a star in his own right. Before he was doing modeling and acting, Jeff Riberdy held things down in his hometown of Killeen, Texas.
Riberdy played baseball as a child right into his high school years. But, when the time came, he laid the bat down because he was picked up in a model search. From there, Jeff Riberdy left the small Texas town and moved on to New York City. First, he worked with Wilhelmia Models and he now works with the acting agency, Peggy Hadley Ent. Mr. Riberdy's acting career has taken off since he has played in hit plays and has even been nominated for a GLAAD award early in his career.

Denzel Washington broke the law for "Unstoppable"

Because of his position as a successful black man, Denzel Washington has used his reputation to give back. The man has been living proof that anyone can make it. He has become very vocal and has done positive commercials. Many people consider Denzel Washington to be a positive role model.
Each year, it appears as if Denzel Washington is gearing up for a new film. He has been on a different high ever since he did both American Gangster and The Great Debates. In the first film mentioned, Washington portrayed Frank Lucas, a crime lord in the 1970s. That was his first role as a villain.
Now, Washington's focus is Unstoppable. While playing a criminal in 2007, he never actually broke the law. But, for his latest movie, Denzel Washington broke the law. He did not commit a major crime, the actor just drove a train without authorization. There were not any other trains on the track and it was only for the film.

Usher and Alicia Keys sued over "My Boo" collaboration

In 2004, Usher and Alicia Keys turned heads with their fall hit single, "My Boo." The song became the official anthem for couples in love around the world. Even six years after its release, the song still receives moderate airplay, still warming hearts. The song helped establish Usher as a true force in the game.
The song was a part of Usher's classic Confessions album, one of the best-selling albums of all-time. All of Usher's hard work and determination paid off on that album. He spent over two years in the studio and he made a significant amount of money off the album. Now, it looks as if it is his time to pay up.
Not only did they record "My Boo" together, but the duo also created the 2005 hit, "Caught Up." Their work led to many people believing the two were dating. Those rumors were false, but the singing duo being sued is the truth. Wadena Pyratt claims to have written this song in 2002 and to have landed a record deal because of this song. She was signed to Keys' MBK label.

Now that the storm is over, Beyonce has come out to address the rumors of her being pregnant. Ever since she took her relationship with Jay-Z public, Beyonce has been rumored to be carrying a child. In 2006, she admitted she would eventually take some time off to have his child.
Last year, Jay-Z said he had everything he wanted in life except for a child. It appeared as if the couple would soon work on having one. It was definitely not the case. The closest Jay-Z came to having a child was working with the pregnant Alicia Keys on "Empire State of Mind."
Last month, rumors of Beyonce circulated and her mother denied the allegations. She jokingly responded, saying she was the pregnant woman in the family. But, the media took her statement and ran with it until Jay-Z came out to do some damage control. Jay-Z said no one in the family was pregnant and that the rumors were only rumors.
Beyonce said the pregnancy rumors are nothing new. Even before she went public about her relationship with Jay-Z, people said she was pregnant. She said if people actually took these rumors seriously, she would have been pregnant for the eighth time this time around. Last year, Jaden Smith emerged from the shadow of his parents when he starred in The Karate Kid. Many people assumed the only reason the young Smith landed the film was because of his parents. For years, his parents, Will and Jada Smith, have been in multiple films. Both of his parents are acclaimed in the film industry.
But, Jaden Smith exceeded expectations in the film. He not only did a good job for his age, but Jaden Smith did well enough to earn critical acclaim of his own. Now, film companies are reaching out to Smith for his own abilities, not just to keep his parents happy. One thing taught by the Smith family is to blaze your own trail.
Jaden Smith has done just that and he recently signed on to play in another film. Smith has talked with M. Night Shyamalan for a new Sci-Fi film, 1000 A.E. Nick Cannon admitted he was broke by the time he was 19, but he stayed afloat because he still had deals. After he rebuilt his fortune, Nick Cannon became more of a businessman. At first, he was just a guy with a lot of money. However, Cannon has invested the money he has made into other money-making ventures. The result of this has been a very large fortune for Nick Cannon.

Michael Jackson was eager to make a comeback for years and he had reached out to 50's archrival Ja Rule years before. No matter the situation, Michael Jackson only wanted to create music. 50 Cent admitted Jackson reached out to him in an effort to broker peace between him and Game.
Because the two rappers were making hits early in 2005, Michael Jackson wanted to work with them. Despite their hatred for each other, 50 Cent and Game had undeniable chemistry. Michael envisioned himself brokering peace and capitalizing off this chemistry. But, stubborness got in the way and peace never came and Michael Jackson died.

VH1 has had a stranglehold on the black audience ever since the days of "Flavor of Love." Following the success of that show, the cable network has given the green light to many other black oriented shows. Other struggling cable networks have copied VH1's formula in an effort to gain ratings.
Bravo, another cable network struggling for viewership, began broadcasting "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" in 2008. While the advantage still belongs to VH1, a major dent was created with this show. As she was divorcing NBA star, Shaquille O'Neal, Shaunie O'Neal needed something of her own to live from.
She had been watching "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and decided to create a similar show with some of her friends. VH1, ironically, was looking for a similar show to compete with Bravo's hit. Early in 2010, a match made in heaven was found when Shaunie O'Neal pitched her new project to the network and they quickly agreed to do a deal with the network.
The first season of "Basketball Wives" was more successful than "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." Through that series, VH1 was able to gain a lot of viewership from Bravo. But, "Basketball Wives" has been on hiatus since the summer. Meanwhile, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" has returned from hiatus and is back making headlines. Realizing this, VH1 recently called for a meeting with Shaunie O'Neal and they decided to come back with more episodes of "Basketball Wives."

After a few months of dating Chad Ochocinco, Evelyn Lozada has reportedly accepted an engagement ring. Keri Hilson prepares collaborations with Chris Brown and Kanye West for "No Boys Allowed"

As the year comes to a close, Keri Hilson is preparing to release the follow-up to last year's debut, In a Perfect World... The album, which is titled No Boys Allowed, is an effort by Keri to show the world she is a female that can hold her own alongside the men.
The title of the album has turned heads, but Keri Hilson said she is not trying to exclude men. She proved this by teaming up with the likes of Kanye West and Chris Brown for the record. Not only is she working with them, but Hilson also has a track with the ever-popular Rick Ross, "The Way You Love Me."
A music video has already been filmed for her single with Ross and it will soon be released. On this album, Hilson wanted to invite men on the record and leave the boys at home. The album will feature the previously mentioned tracks and the collaborations, along with her hit single, seemingly a response to "Pretty Boy Swag" by Soulja Boy, "Pretty Girl Rock."

Late in the 1990s, Ja Rule rose to fame as a hardcore rapper. Over the years, the rapper has been involved in high-profile feuds and murderous lyrics. In 2002, Ja Rule was listed as one of the most-violent rappers in the game. But, the past eight years have been a learning experience.
The story has been told millions of times of how Ja Rule fell from grace. Rule has put together several comeback attempts, the most-notable came in 2007. Despite building significant buzz that year, the comeback still fell apart. But, Ja Rule has kept things simple this time around.
Earlier this year, news broke of Ja Rule starring in a film with the former Cheetah Girl, Adrienne Bailon. The film was titled, I'm In Love with a Church Girl. In the film, Ja Rule was set to play the man who was in love with the church girl, Adrienne Bailon. All talk of the film ended in March, but suddenly there is a major promotion for the new movie.
Recently, the creator of the film, Paul Molina, spoke of why he chose Ja Rule to star in the film. He said he has been friends with the former Murder Inc. rapper for years. This year has been great for Usher as he has dominated yet another summer. Beginning in the winter, he gave the world "Daddy's Home," and he continued well into the spring. "Lil' Freak" ushered in the warm weather and he slowed things down with "There Goes My Baby."
While all of those songs were hits, the summer was not defined until the release of "OMG." Usher posted yet another number one single and solidified himself as the king. Even months after its initial release, the song still receives significant radio play. Now, Usher has decided to capitalize off his success.
Usher has arranged for an "OMG Tour." Of course, the tour is named after his chart-topping hit. But, Usher said he wants the people to literally think "Oh, my God" after seeing him perform. In many ways, Usher is being compared to the new Michael Jackson. Ever since his untimely death last summer, people have been looking for an artist to fill that void.
Growing up, Usher was a big fan of Michael Jackson's and he inspired his career. Usher hopes to make similar achievements to what Jackson did. However, he will not push himself the way Michael Jackson did because that is one reason he died. Right now, Usher considers himself to be relatively young, but when he gets older, Usher said he will not be touring. Dwyane Wade gets his Super-Team, but they Fail to Win

Four years ago, Dwyane Wade was on the fast track to success after leading the Miami Heat to a championship. The feat was impressive because Wade was only in his third year. More impressive was the fact that he put the entire team on his back and led them to a spectactular comeback to win the ring.
For the first time, sports media outlets were questioning if Wade was possibly better than LeBron James. There was a moment in time when Dwyane Wade was getting credit for his accomplishments. However, the next season would prove to be a test, as the Heat struggled and Wade was injured midseason.
The knee and shoulder injuries kept Dwyane Wade out for most of the 2007-2008 season and the Heat posted the NBA's worst record. The next season, Wade redeemed himself, and was the best player in the league. Despite his performance, the Heat continued to struggle, but made the playoffs. Soon, rumors of Dwyane Wade leaving Miami began.
Last season, there were times when it appeared as if Dwyane Wade had given up on his Heat. No matter what, they just could not get things right. Wade needed a real team around him because his top rivals, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James, were leading well-rounded teams. The Heat took a risk in the 2010 offseason by unloading their entire roster. But, it paid off when Chris Bosh left an even worse situation in Toronto to play for the Miami Heat.
Following Bosh's exit, LeBron James left his league-leading Cleveland Cavaliers to also be a part of the Wade-led Miami Heat. Sports experts said the new-look Miami Heat would easily dominate the leage and win the championship. But, two weeks into the season, the Heat seem to only be able to defeat the weaker teams in the league. Already, the new-look Heat are 0-2 against the Boston Celtics and they have also lost to both the New Orleans Hornets and Utah Jazz, teams they are supposed to easily defeat.
Even with this super-roster, Dwyane Wade finds himself in a similar position to the position he holds each season, barely holding on while everyone else dominates. Read more...

Most men would love to be able to sing and dance like Ne-Yo and have the money he does. Even with all of this and always surrounded by beautiful women, something was missing in his life.
Despite the rumors surrounding his sexuality, Ne-Yo is straight and has wanted children for some time. However, due to the life he lives and women throwing themselves at him, he has not been great relationship material. Ne-Yo has longed for a relationship, but his lifestyle is rough on a woman.
When Ne-Yo met Monyetta Shaw, things were different. She accepted him for who he was and what he did. Shaw enjoyed a front row seat and lives the "Champagne Life." Keyshia Cole and Nicki Minaj teamed up for the lead single from her fourth album, Calling All Hearts. The ladies team up for the single, "I Ain't Thru." Ever since Keyshia Cole found herself a Cavalier and had a baby, some people assumed she was done with the game.
However, Keys has news for all of the critics. Not only is she here to stay, but she wants to work with the big dogs. During her initial run, Eminem was out of the public eye. But, during her time off, Eminem made a legendary comeback. Now, with both stars being out at the same time, Keyshia wants to record with Em.

Will.i.Am says Michael Jackson album is Disrespectful

Before he died, Michael Jackson wanted to make one final comeback to prove he could do it. In 2007, he went in the studio with Kanye West and Akon. The plan was to release another album, but his issues with Sony stopped that from happening. Early in 2009, he planned another comeback, but he died trying to complete it.
Now, one year after his death, Sony is releasing the material the late pop star was working on. Hip hop star, 50 Cent had said Jackson wanted to work with him before he died. Sadly, he never had the chance to record with him. While they never recorded together, some of 50's vocals will be added to Jackson's unfinished track.
In an effort to complete the album, Sony has invited Kanye West and others on this album. In 2008, Michael Jackson worked with both Akon and Kanye West for his Thriller sequel. This is one reason why they were selected to helm the album. Will.i.Am also worked with Jackson, but he chose to stay out of his latest release.
Will.i.Am said the new Michael Jackson album is disrespectufl. He does not feel as though Michael Jackson would have recorded with all of these artists for one album. Outside of that, he does not feel as if Sony is respecting him. Michael Jackson did not give them his permission to release this music before his death and he would probably fight them on it now. Chris Rock to narrate Busta Rhymes' new album

With his hit television sitcom, "Everybody Hates Chris," being cancelled last year, Chris Rock has had plenty of free time. He returned to the big screen with Grown Ups and he has other projects in the works. Rock misses television, but he loves having his freedom back.
Chris Rock has been slightly more hip hop than most of the other comedians. Rock has actually used hip hop beats on a few of his comedy albums. He teamed up with the late Gerald Levert for his hit "No Sex (In the Champagne Room)." The song has since become a comedy classic.
Busta Rhymes has always been one of the more eccentric rappers. He is often doing something in order to stick out from other rap stars. But, in recent years, Busta Rhymes has been sounding a lot like the other rappers instead of setting trends. When he first announced this album, Busta promised that he would bring something different to the table.
For his latest album, E.L.E. II, a sequel to his 1998 album, Busta Rhymes has invited Chris Rock onto the album as a narrator. This is the ultimate marriage between hip hop and comedy. The album is slated to come out either next month or next year. Read more...
Keri Hilson rates the Men of Hip Hop and R&B

During a recent interview with Funkmaster Flex, Keri Hilson was asked to rate some of the men in hip hop and R&B. Among the men she rated were 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, and Drake. In the interview, Hilson gave her honest opinion. She was afraid her honesty may end up hurting some of the mens' feelings.
When speaking on Trey Songz, Keri Hilson said he was extremely sexy. She likes his body, but she is not into the sexy guys like him who make sexy faces. Hilson gave him credit for also being handsome in the face and rated him between a seven and an eight. She felt as if that was a good number for him.
Keri Hilson said she thinks J. Cole is sexy, but mainly because of his talent. Hilson says talent is a major turn-on for most girls. She later went on to say he is not her type because she likes chocolate and she does not like tall men. Most of the men on the list were high-yellow said Hilson. She ended up giving J. Cole between a five and a six.
More of her type, however, was Usher. Keri Hilson had a lot to say about Usher. The two recorded together on the remix of Trey Songz' "I Invented Sex." Hilson admitted she always liked Usher's body and his dancing abilities. Because of all of this, and the fact that he was not too tall, Keri Hilson ended up giving the "There Goes My Baby" singer a nine.
As the interview went on, she gave John Legend a seven. While she said 50 Cent had a nice body, Hilson said he was not her type, she gave the G-Unit general a five. Keri Hilson said she did not want to hurt his feelings, so she could not really rate Drake. In her opinion, Hilson felt some of Drake's attractiveness came from his sensitivity because females like that. She ended up giving Drake a six.
Last year, Keri Hilson teamed up with Lil Wayne and scored her biggest hit to date. Again, because of his creativity, Wayne scored pretty high. But, one major turn off for Hilson was all of his children. She said that would be very hard to deal with. Wayne's life, to her, is like one big happy family. R. Kelly prepares "Love Letter" album for December release

Not even one year removed from releasing Untitled, R. Kelly is back in the studio working on a new album. Recently, R. Kelly reminded the people he was back. He released a new single, "When a Woman Loves," inspired by the Sam Cooke hit, "When a Man loves a Woman. Now, he is finishing the rest of the album.
Released earlier this week, the song is close to making it on the Billboard Hot 100. Throughout his career, R. Kelly has posted many hits, but has only topped the charts twice. As of right now, he has not named any collaborations for this new album. However, he told the public his album will be called Love Letter.
Set for a December 14 release, Love Letter, is the first of three albums R. Kelly will be releasing. Following this album, R. Kelly will record an album titled Zodiac and release it in 2011. Trying to reclaim her spot, Rihanna is making noise. Recently, she topped the charts with her Drake-assisted single, "What's My Name?" Following her latest chart topper, Rihanna decided to do a video for the song. With the video in high-rotation, anticipation for the album is at a new high.
Next week, Rihanna plans to release her fifth album, Loud, with her longtime label, Def Jam. While Jay-Z is no longer a part of the Def Jam family, he is still involved in Rihanna's career. His new company, Roc Nation, manages her career. With Jay-Z still calling the shots, he helped her with promoting the album.
Rihanna has been known for eccentric album covers throughout her career. She turned the corner when she recorded A Good Girl Gone Bad. Since that time, Rihanna has been one of the biggest sex symbols in the recent years. Due to the fact that sex sells, Rihanna has embraced this image and always pushed the envelope.
The cover of her Loud album will see this trend continue. On the album cover, Rihanna appears to be topless on the cover. While her breasts do appear to be out, they are covered from the camera by her left arm. Still, a lot of men are likely to purchase the album just to see a glimpse of the "Umbrella" star's assets. Sister 2 Sister magazine celebrated their 22nd anniversary last night and they did it in style. Their event was filled with stars and was hosted by BET's Terrence J and "The Real Housewives of Atlanta"s Kandi. All of the heavy-hitters in black entertainment were there, including Matthew Knowles.
Despite a recent drop in his popularity, Knowles has provided a lot to the entertainment world. Had it not been for him, there would have never been Destiny's Child. The girl group was insanely popular during the late 1990s and into the early 200s. It would be safe to say Beyonce and Kelly Rowland would not be in their position had it not been for the group.
Because of his accomplishments in the music industry, Knowles was honored by the legendary publication. Destiny's Child has graced their pages many times and the girls, as solo acts, have also been featured multiple times in the magazine. From time-to-time, even Matthew and his ex-wife, Tina, have been featured on the pages of the long-running Sister 2 Sister. Usher and Tameka are friends

During his hiatus, Usher went off and built a family. He married an older woman, Tameka Foster, who was a mother of three. Despite warnings from his mother, Usher still married her and gave her two more sons. After a two-year marriage, Usher had enough of her and prepared his divorce, which led to the song, "Papers."
Ever since the couple divorced, Usher has been back in the eye of the public. The release of Raymond v. Raymond made him the biggest name in R&B again. Now that he is back in rotation, the gossip magazines and websites have had a field day. Earlier this year, the questions about Tamkea came and Usher handled them easily.
Tameka Foster also spoke about her relationship with Usher and she said it was great mainly due to the children. Foster went on to state both of her childrens' fathers have great relationships with her and with each other. The most important thing to the adults in the childrens' lives is that they have a stable family life. Often, all eight of them are together having family events.

Cleveland tells LeBron James what he should do

Earlier this year, LeBron James made a decision to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers because he felt as if he could not lead them to an NBA championship. After playing in the NBA for seven years, James had become the most-popular player in the league and the NBA had forged a rivalry between James, of the East, and superstar Kobe Bryant, of the West. Their rivalry was marketing genius and brought in tons of money for everyone involved.
LeBron James gave all of this up when he decided to join Dwyane Wade's team, the Miami Heat. Four years ago, Wade led the Heat to an NBA title in only his third season. For a brief moment, Dwyane Wade was the most-popular player in the league. But, after this season, James led his Cavaliers to dominance over the Eastern Conference, posting one of the top four records each season. In his final two Cleveland seasons, he won the MVP award and led the team to the NBA's best record.
Despite all of the acclaim and accomplishments, James left Cleveland and rubbed it in the faces of the fans that adored him. That, not his race, or the team he went to, is the reason the media has not forgiven him. He was a part of a multimillion dollar marketing campaign based out of the small market of Cleveland, but still the star of the show. After burning jerseys and threatening his life, the former fans of LeBron James have finally put their thoughts together.

By 2001, Jay-Z was clearly the king of the rap world and R. Kelly had established himself as the don of R&B. While rappers often had singers like R. Kelly do hooks and singers often featured rappers on their songs, hip hop and R&B had never really had a marriage. But, in 2001, this all changed when Jay-Z and R. Kelly teamed up for their Best of Both Worlds album.
Upon its release, the album did not live up to any of the expectations pinned on it. With Jay-Z being the top hip hop exec and with Def Jam behind him, the people expected more. R. Kelly was also a major player over at Sony, so the promotion was expected to be more potent than it was. Their combination was hyped with Jay-Z's verse on the remix of "Fiesta."
However, only a platinum album came from their collaboration and there were rumors of friction between the two parties. At the time, both Jay-Z and R. Kelly tried to dispel any rumors of a feud. In an effort to calm things down, they reunited for another disappointing album in 2004, during Jay-Z's "retirement." Following their second time trying to collaborate, things became violent during their tour. Because of the fight that took place between the Roc-A-Fella camp and R. Kelly, Kels quit the tour and Ja Rule had to fill in for him.
Now, six years following the fallout between Jay-Z and R. Kelly, Kelly has decided to open up on why things did not go as planned. Yes, in 2001, Jay-Z was the king of the rap game, but when Jay-Z was still trying to break into the game, Tupac was dominating the rap scene and R. Kelly was solidifying himself as the man in the R&B game. Before Tupac's untimely death, in 1996, he had talked with R. Kelly about the possibility of doing a rap meets R&B-type album. After a bit of discussion, the two agreed to do an album they would call Best of Both Worlds. The first record from the album was to be "I Wish."
Instead of coming out late in 2000, the song was supposed to be recorded in 1997, but Tupac's death, obviously, caused the song to go unreleased. But, going forward with his career, R. Kelly eventually recorded the track and it became one of his biggest hits. Another song off the album, "Fiesta," led to Jay-Z calling and the Best of Both Worlds project coming out anyway. Ever since he and Amber Rose broke up last summer and the famous Kim Kardashian broke up with Reggie Bush around the same time, there have been rumors of Kanye West dating the reality superstar. With her new show, "Kourtney & Kim Take New York," set to air next month and West making a cameo, rumors are starting to fly.
This is nothing new for Kanye West and Kardashian. Even after he reunited with Rose, there were rumors of West having an altercation with Reggie Bush. Many sites reported that Bush had started dating Rose, while Kim had moved on to Kanye. It has been a year's worth of rumors and West plays coy.
Recently, the question of a relationship with Kim Kardashian came up again. Kanye West is no stranger to the camera and he loves rumors. While he has not admitted to dating Kim Kardashian, he will not come out and say that he is not dating her. Kanye West is one public figure who learned how to play the game and he has played it well since he made himself a public figure some seven years ago.

Mario's mother drops Assault Charges

Early last month, shocking news broke about Mario. Multiple news outlets reported that the 24-year-old singer had assaulted his mother. Over the years, Mario had always displayed himself as an overall good guy, so the news came from left field. But, a follow-up story made things clearer.
Mario's mother, Shawnita Hardaway, has a history of using drugs and she had promised her son she would stay clean. But, she had gone back on her promise. At the time, she was high and Mario was fighting her off of him. Nevertheless, she filed charges against him and Mario was sent to jail.
The Baltimore singer was charged with second degree assault and put under $50,000 bond. However, Hardaway has now come forward with a different story. As previously mentioned in this article, she admitted to being high at the time. Shawnita Hardaway now says Mario never laid a hang against her.
Now clear of all charges, Mario has come forward saying he will do all that he can to help his mother get past her longtime addiction. Read more...

Janet Jackson understands this more than anyone as her late brother, Michael was a famous victim of the media. Due to her being not only a Jackson, but also flamboyant, Janet has also been targeted by the media.
Over the years, there have been rumors about who she dates and what she is into. But, throughout her long career in music, film, and television, Janet Jackson has been involved in only a few pregnancy rumors. Unlike many other females in the game, Janet has avoided having children by the many men she has either married or dated.
But, at the age of 44, Jackson does want to start a family. She grew up with a big family and she has always wanted a lot of children herself. However, with no plans of marrying her current boyfriend and age catching up to her, the odds are against her. Last week, Mariah Carey admitted that she was pregnant with Nick Cannon's child. In the time since she dropped the news, the entertainment sites have been buzzing. Now, with everything out in the open, Mariah Carey has been discussing her pregnancy quite often.
Recently, there have also been rumors of Beyonce being pregnant with Jay-Z's baby. Ever since the couple married, in 2008, many sites have floated rumors about the billionaire hip hop couple expecting. But, right when the rumors gain traction, either Jay-Z, Beyonce, or both come out and deny the pregnancy. However, recently, Beyonce's mother, Tina denied that her daughter was pregnant, saying instead she was. Initially, it was taken as a joke, but some people thought the rumors were true and she has spent the past few weeks cleaning that up.

Tameka "Tiny" Cottle charged with Drug Possession

Back in September, T.I. and Tiny ran into law troubles in Los Angeles when they were caught with drugs in their vehicle. Fresh out of prison, T.I. is facing a return to prison for eleven months. While he is going back to prison, T.I. will not be facing drug charges. Tiny will not be so lucky.
When the story first broke, rapper 50 Cent advised Tiny to take the fall completely. 50 felt that she would get off with a lighter sentence because she is a woman. But, even if she did not get off light, 50 said it should be her duty, seeing how T.I. just got out of prison. Tiny did not take anyone's fall, but she is in trouble.
With T.I. headed back to prison and Tiny also being in trouble with the law, their children may have to find somewhere else to live. The couple have six children overall and all six may have to relocate if both parents are forced behind bars. Even if Tiny does not end up going to prison, she may be forced to give the children up.
However, there is the possibility of the court sentencing the couple at different dates, so the children keep at least one parent in their lives. Read more...
