Kelly Rowland denies Beyonce beef

Ever since Destiny’s Child first made it big in the late 1990s, there have been rumors of friction between members of the group. From the beginning, Beyonce has been the star because her father, Matthew, was over the group. However, most people have always said that Kelly Rowland was the best singer in the group. Soon, the media began making statements like this and a wedge was placed between the girls.

In 2003, Beyonce officially ditched the group when she went solo. The year before, Rowland went out on her own and topped the Billboard Hot 100. She collaborated with then-boyfriend, Nelly, on the hit, “Dilemma.” The song became one of the many hits during the summer of 2002, but it was nothing compared to what Beyonce and her boyfriend did. During the summer of 2003, Beyonce and Jay-Z teamed up for “Crazy In Love.”

Beyonce reunited with Kelly Rowland and the rest of the group for one last album in 2004. The album produced multiple hits and the ladies went about their business. Michelle has maintained a low-profile, while Kelly Rowland has been working on a solo career. Beyonce, on the other hand, has become the biggest female R&B artist out. With all of Beyonce’s success, the media has been trying to force an issue with Kelly.

In the minds of a lot of people, Kelly Rowland was the best singer in Destiny’s Child. There have been people in Kelly’s ear from the beginning telling her that she deserves the shine that is received by Beyonce on a daily basis. Despite what people have been telling her, Kelly came into this with Beyonce. Because life is the way that it is, people grow apart and some people have better fortunes than others.

It just so happens that Beyonce is having more fame and popularity than Kelly Rowland, but that does not make Kelly hate her. Instead, she said that Beyonce is her sister and that she is proud and happy for her and all that she has done. Kelly Rowland accepts things for what they are and all that she can do is focus on herself. To that end, Kelly Rowland is working on a new album that should come before the end of this year.
