Earlier today, Timbaland almost joined the long list of black entertainers losing property. News broke about him losing his Miami condo. The famed producer owed over $27,000 in maintenance fees. Because they had not been paid, he was locked out of the place.

At the time of the news breaking, Timbaland was actually working in Detroit. Luckily for him, he read the newspaper in time and realized he had not paid his fees. Before things got out of hand, Timbaland called the building. After talking, Timbaland had some money sent to save his Miami place.

Timbland did not want to look bad in front of the media right after the "Timbo Thursdays" drama. Things have not been going well for the producer recently. Even with the recent string of losses, Timbaland realizes how successful he is and did not let the minor issues get to him. He simply paid off his debts and continued to work on his projects.

Unlike many other people with the foreclosure issues, Timbaland wanted to make it clear he was not hurting for money like most of the stars from the 1990s. Right now, Timbaland's focus is on Shock Value 3 and he plans on releasing the first single from the album on February 22.
