Earlier this year, Kelly Rowland announced she would be back in the studio to create new music. The process has been slow and she has not had much buzz outside of "Commander." During the summer, she revealed she would reunite with Nelly for a second part of their 2002 hit "Dilemma."

Outside of her 2002 debut album, Kelly Rowland has not had much success as a solo artist. Rowland broke out on her own to get from under the shadow of Beyonce. However, following the success Kelly had, Beyonce began her solo career. Now, Kelly again finds herself in the shadow of Beyonce.

With the new decade here, Kelly Rowland wants to make the 2010s all about her. Even with her consistently releasing new songs, it has still been very hard for her to gain exposure. But, now that she has a release date for her new music, Rowland hopes things will soon change. For her still-untitled third studio album, Kelly wants to release two versions of her album.

For her European audience, Kelly Rowland wants to release a "dance" album, while she will release a regular album for her following in the United States. While there still is no release date for the album in America, recently, Kelly informed fans that her album would be arriving on November 29 in Europe.
