Two years ago, Chris Brown seemingly committed career suicide when he got into a public altercation with Rihanna. At the time, the two were the ultimate "it" couple. But, once it was revealed how abusive their relationship was, the media immediately turned against their former favorite, Chris Brown.
Radio stations began taking Brown's songs out of their rotation and editing his part out of other songs. Making matters worse, Brown had to release an album the same year. Chris Brown accused retail giant, Walmart, of also taking sides, not even showing his CD when it was for sale.
Chris Brown decided it would be best for him to take some time off and prepare his comeback. Brown hit the mixtape scene and recorded "Dueces" and "No Bullshit." Those two songs have been major hits for Brown and opened the door for a comeback. The song, which has been editied to the new title of "No BS," is currently dominating the radio, along with his "Look at Me Know" single.
The song, which features Busta Rhymes and Lil Wayne, is very fitting. Having been at the lowest of lows for over a year, Chris Brown pulled himself up from the dirt and rebuilt his career. Brown's latest album, F.A.M.E., debuted at number one on Billboard. When his album debuted on the top of the charts, the impossible Chris Brown comeback immediately became possible. Chris Brown is back on top and bigger than he ever was before.
