Missy Elliott recruits Timbaland and Pharrell for New Album

For the past couple of years, many people have wondered what happened to Missy Elliott. The last time Missy released a solo album was 2005's The Cookbook. However, in 2008, Missy Elliott began promoting her next album, Block Party. But, for unknown reasons, the album was never released.

Missy Elliott soon stopped promoting her 2008 album and was again forgotten. Recently, it was revealed that Missy Elliott was actually going through a health crisis. Again preparing to put together a comeback run, Missy Elliott made an appearance on VH1's series, "Behind the Music."

Only days after appearing on "Behind the Music," Missy Elliott is back in the news. Working on new music, Missy Elliott decided to team up with old friends. During the 1990s, Missy rose to fame with her multiple collaborations with Timbaland. Going back to what worked, Missy Elliott recruited Timbaland for her new album.

Aside from Timbaland, Missy Elliott also has Pharrell providing production work for the new album.

Teyana Taylor sought for questioning by Police over Altercation

Last week, former Pharrell protege, Teyana Taylor got into an altercation at a Burbank, California recording studio. Taylor ended up assaulting a woman there. The two women had a disagreement that turned violent.

Reports say the fight turned violent quickly. The usually quiet and reserved Taylor easily beat the woman. She was said to have punched the woman in the face multiple times. Taylor also stomped her head and stomach with boots on.

Following the fight, the woman was removed from the studio and taken to a local hospital. At the hospital, the woman was treated for cuts and bruises. It appears as if she does not have any major injuries.

While nobody was hurt, the trouble is just beginning for Teyana Taylor. After the altercation, Taylor also left the studio. Apparently, she was trying to avoid the police and questioning. Currently, law enforcement in Burbank are searching for Teyana Taylor in an attempt to question her. With the extent of the woman's injuries, it seems possible that Taylor could be hit with assault charges.

Pharrell caught giving Nazi symbol

Throughout his career, Pharrell has made himself stick out from the rest of the hip hop world. One of the original skateboarder rappers, Pharrell seems more interested in rock music. At many of his performances, Skateboard P often throws up rock signs, but he recently went too far.

Following his latest performance, Pharrell has gone a little too far and he is working overtime. After his performance, Pharrell threw up what appeared to be the Nazi symbol. This has turned off many of his fans. Fans of Pharrell have spoken out against their idol.

Realizing the people are against him, Pharrell's team has been trying to convince fans he is not a Nazi. Instead of giving the salute of the Nazis, Pharrell insists he was throwing up the symbol of his Star Trak label. But, his whole hand was not caught in the picture. For nearly a week, the image has been circulating the internet.

Pharrell wants to assure fans he is not a Nazi, he is the CEO of Star Trak Entertainment.
