Stevie Wonder inducted into Apollo Hall of Fame

The legendary Stevie Wonder first performed at the Apollo when he was a child. Stevie Wonder has had an incredible career and is considered one of the all-time greats. His career spans well over forty years and is still going strong, to this date. Artists of all genres look at the legendary Stevie Wonder as a source of inspiration.

Years of hard work have paid off for Stevie Wonder in many different ways. Earlier this week, they paid off when he was inducted into the Apollo Hall of Fame. As a child, Stevie Wonder performed here and his career has come full circle. Back in February, it was announced that Stevie Wonder would be inducted into the Apollo Hall of Fame.

Melanie Fiona, Doug E. Fresh, Tony Bennett, Chick Corea, and Paul Shaffe honored the legend. Bennett presented Stevie Wonder the award and praised him for his work in Civil Rights. Stevie Wonder's career was beginning when the Civil Rights Movement was in full swing. Stevie sang the classic birthday tribute for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on his holiday.

Stevie Wonder went on to discuss race and how far the urban community has come. The Associated Press said he went on to talk about politics. Channeling his inner Kanye West, Stevie Wonder demanded better health care, among other things.
