Kandi Burruss covers "Jet" magazine

Kandi Burruss has become a household name once again, now in her second season on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." She has been through some ups and downs and they have been televised. Namely, the death of her fiancee last summer is what has kept her in the news. But, she also wrote co-star, Kim Zoliak's hit, "Tardy for the Party."

Currently, on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Kandi is dealing with the feedback from the single. She has been working on her comeback album for over a year. The album is finally being put together and ready for official release. Kandi has worked with Ne-Yo and her former group-mate, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle.

Not only has Kandi been celebrating her new music, but she is also celebrating her new look. Her new look is featured on the cover of JET magazine, and she talked about her new projects. Kandi also discussed her new music and her relationships with co-stars on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." The release of her new album will be sometime this year.

Because of all of the exposure, Kandi is expecting her album to be very successful.
