When Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa began dating, many media outlets thought it was a publicity stunt. Wiz Khalifa had just released his debut single, "Black & Yellow," and Amber Rose had just broken up with her longtime boyfriend, Kanye West. Both could benefit from being together.

After months of questions, Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa admitted they were dating each other. Wiz Khalifa went as far as saying he was in love with her. The couple took romantic photos together and began making public appearances. Now, officially a couple, the media has still had negative things to say.

Because Kanye West is considered one of the best rappers in the game and Wiz Khalifa a newcomer, they say Rose downgraded. To those who continue to say she downgraded, Amber Rose delivered them a message. She said there is no way Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa can be compared, on any level, because they are two completely different people. The only thing they have in common is her and rap music.

Amber Rose said going from Kanye to Wiz was no downgrade because most people do not know what it is like to be with West. Having been with both men, Amber Rose said there was no downgrade between the two men.
