Cherie Johnson, of "Family Matters," may pose nude for "Playboy"

In the 1990s, Cherie Johnson graced the television screen on the hit sitcom, "Family Matters." Johnson played the role of 'Maxine,' the best friend of Laura Winslow. In the minds of many teenage boys across the nation, they were the sexiest teenage best friend duo on television.

Cherie Johnson has been known for her looks and her curvacious body. In the time since her run on television, Johnson has had minor movie roles. Outside of show business, she has also penned a few books. But, ever since she entered the business, Johnson has had a dream of being in Playboy.

Johnson said she has wanted to do this ever since she began taking her career seriously. Throughout her young years, Cherie Johnson threatened to take nude shots for the magazine. Now 35, Johnson said her mother told her to go for it and her grandmother said she wants her copy to be autographed. With that said, Cherie Johnson decided to give Playboy a serious try.

Recently, Cherie Johnson took a few nude photos on the beach and she was also photographed by TMZ, the news/gossip site. Her goal is to have these photos convince Playboy to reach her in order for her to be featured on the magazine.
