Kanye West to star in Kobe Bryant's "The Black Mamba" movie

In 2009, Kanye West boasted of how he was "all the way in Hollywood and I can't even act." West has been spending time in Los Angeles for a bit of time. Recently, Kanye West teamed up with the biggest star in the city, Kobe Bryant.

For the past two years, Kobe Bryant has led the ever-popular, fan favorite Los Angeles Lakers to two championships. Bryant has been voted twice as the NBA Finals MVP. Recently, Kobe landed a film deal and the promotion has began.

While Kobe Bryant has been dominating the NBA, Kanye West has been dominating the hip hop scene. Bryant and Nike have teamed up for The Black Mamba film. The movie is a promotion for the new shoe Kobe Bryant is coming out with.

Kanye West will play the villain who is trying to steal Kobe Bryant's new sneakers. Several trailers of the film have already leaked online. The trailer aired a couple of times yesterday on "The NBA on TNT." Bryant is working hard to meet the release date of February 19, 2011.
