Soulja Boy confirms Diamond split

Earlier this year, Soulja Boy confirmed rumors of him dating Diamond, of Crime Mob. For years, Diamond had been with Lil' Scrappy. But, the couple had decided it was time to end things.

When Lil' Scrappy discovered Diamond was dating fellow Atlanta rapper, Soulja Boy, he wished them luck. Lil' Scrappy said he was happy for them and was ready to hear new Soulja Boy music.

The blessing from Lil' Scrappy may have been a sign for the worst. After being together for a little over four months, the couple is already over. When he was asked about his relationship status, Soulja Boy said he was not with anyone.

While he is no longer dating Diamond, Soulja Boy said he still maintains a friendly relationship with her. He also wished her the best in whatever she has going on.

Over the past week, news headlines have been filled with stories about Soulja Boy and Diamond. As a part of Crime Mob, Diamond has been around for some time. It was recently revealed she was dating Lil' Scrappy for most of this time. However, the two called it quits back in 2009.

Last weekend, a picture was shared on the internet of Diamond and Soulja Boy in an Atlanta club. After the photo began being spread across several websites, rumors started about the two dating. The next day, Lil' Scrappy's mother blasted Diamond for leaving her son and getting with Soulja Boy.

When Lil' Scrappy's mother spoke out, Diamond and Soulja Boy confirmed their relationship. Their statement was speaking directly to Scrappy's mother. However, their response did not take a disrespectful tone. Lil' Scrappy also spoke out about the relationship, saying he was happy for Diamond and wished her the best.

Earlier today, Diamond opened up to Dr. Jay's about her relationship with Soulja Boy. Diamond said she had been friends with Soulja Boy for some time. The two began hanging out and grew closer. Diamond likes the fact that he is intelligent and he even taught her a few things.

The Atlanta rapper has also opened up about the low sales of The DeAndre Way. After the album failed to meet his expectations, Soulja Boy considered retiring.

Over the weekend, news broke about Soulja Boy taking part in a remake of the iconic Juice film. Not only will Soulja Boy be a part of the remake, but he will play the role of "Bishop." Tupac Shakur originated this role when the film premiered. Soulja Boy has the pressure of living up to Tupac now.

Had it not been for the news about Soulja Boy playing "Bishop" in the remake of Juice, stories would have revolved around his love life. He already addressed his past issues with Kat Stacks. Living the life he lives, Soulja Boy is able to have his fair share of women. Soulja Boy has been involved with other women aside from Kat Stacks.

Last weekend, Soulja Boy was spotted at an Atlanta club getting close with Diamond of Crime Mob. For years, she has been dating Lil' Scrappy of Ludacris' DTP Records. But, by the look of the photos, she clearly moved on. Lil' Scrappy's mother confirmed the rumors when she released a video rant about Diamond for leaving her son for Soulja Boy.
